Job Summary
Coordinate, schedule, and train staff while performing phlebotomy services for patients, outpatient, and outreach clients at the Oconomowoc Memorial location. Oversee daily operations of Client Support Services and Phlebotomy Departments, managing specimen processing, nursing home phlebotomy, send-outs, microbiology setups, and courier services. Assess and adjust workflow, develop schedules, serve as a resource to staff, and address customer concerns. Start between 0400-0845 with an every-other week on-call rotation. Assist at various PHC Lab locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Wisconsin driver license
- Ability to help at various PHC Lab locations as needed
- Weekend on-call rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- ASCP or AMT certified as a Phlebotomist, Medical Laboratory Technician or Clinical Laboratory Technician or equivalent or eligible
