Create standard Batch Record (BTR) templates for R&D and Operations covering conjugation, formulation, and microwell plate coating processes. Formalize the hands-on crossover between R&D feasibility batches and Operations process verification batches, including setting operations coating machine parameters equivalent to R&D settings. Standardize and document mistake-proofing procedures for light-sensitive products while driving production process transfers from small-scale R&D into the operations environment. Lead cross-functional teams of 5 to 10 members with a preference for biomedical, biochemical, and manufacturing experience within regulated industries such as FDA or cGMP.
