Lab QA Regulatory Specialist

Ensure compliance with CAP, COLA, and CLIA regulations by overseeing laboratory accreditation for Deaconess Clinic Lab-West, Gateway, Reo, and Downtown. Supervise non-laboratory point-of-care testing and manage the laboratory QA program through data gathering, analysis, and meetings. Provide continuing education for staff and orient new employees as needed. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory standards while coordinating quality assurance activities.
