Job Summary
Coordinate client projects from setup through closure by assisting with LIMS data entry, monitoring sample receipt, and tracking project status. Serve as the primary point of contact for routine inquiries while communicating updates to internal teams and clients. Support project closure activities including deliverable confirmation, invoicing, and documentation preparation. Maintain accurate records, prepare status reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with client expectations. Identify process inefficiencies to contribute to continuous improvement and promote a professional client experience.
