Job Summary
Responsible for packaging cannabis vape carts and concentrates, operating vape filling equipment, portioning concentrates, labeling packaging, and following SOPs to maintain a clean, compliant production environment. Must meet production goals, work with minimal supervision, and maintain accuracy in weighing, packing, labeling, and record-keeping for distribution to dispensaries. Requires attention to detail, the ability to work quickly and precisely with processing equipment, and adherence to safety, HR, and confidentiality policies. Position is based in Columbus, OH, with a Monday–Friday daytime shift and full-time benefits; training provided on equipment usage.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years of age
- Ability to pass a background check
- 1-3 years of experience in production
- General knowledge of weights and measurement
- Discretion and judgment when handling confidential information
- Speed and precision with equipment
- Ability to multi-task and maintain consistency on repetitive tasks
- High attention to detail
- Ability to stand or sit for long periods of time
