Job Summary
Lab Production Manager leading a 25-person optical-lab production team across two finishing shifts. Partner with customer service and outside sales to deliver top-quality products, review and adjust the production schedule, and operate/oversee MEI and Satis Loh equipment. Develop team members alongside the Lab Manager, drive continuous improvement across processes and finishing operations, and foster a best-in-class environment built on quality and care. On-site role in Phoenix, AZ, with a Monday–Friday day shift, full-time. Qualifications include hands-on optical lab experience and a focus on production quality; strong cross-team collaboration. Nice-to-haves include an associate degree or optical-school education and familiarity with the listed equipment. Salary up to $100,000 plus quarterly incentives; benefits include medical/dental coverage, retirement plan, and PTO.
