Job Summary
Conduct specimen collection procedures including venipuncture, nasal, and oropharyngeal draws. Enter orders, perform accessioning, centrifuging, and aliquoting, then generate reports and receive specimens. Use Lab and Hospital Information Systems for order entry, result look-up, and report generation. Answer phones and forward appropriate problems to proper areas while providing basic customer service. Float between Express Care and Physician Partners Lab locations during scheduled weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
