Lab Manager

Manage multiple parts of the developmental psychology research programs in the Development of Social Cognition Lab and DIBS Lab, including the virtual kids' testing lab. Provide technical and administrative support for research projects, assist in planning and executing experiments, prepare stimuli and design experiments, interface with family, museum, and school partners, perform editorial and copy-editing tasks, install and set up experiments, manage and extend the online database for testing participants, engage in outreach to parents and educators, assist with grant activities and proposal development, collect and enter data, analyze data, and assist with the preparation of reports and manuscripts. Preferred qualifications include a BA in Psychology or a related field and relevant research experience; minimum qualifications include vocational training or equivalent experience and 2-5 years of related work experience. The role is an individual contributor with a 37.5-hour weekly schedule and hourly pay range. Information on equal opportunity employment and background checks is included in the posting.
