Lab Manager

Oversee daily laboratory operations, including budget management, staff scheduling, and direct supervision of phlebotomists and technicians. Implement and monitor regulatory standards, proficiency testing programs, and quality control protocols while resolving technical deviations. Direct purchasing, maintain charge masters, and ensure patient safety and confidentiality throughout specimen handling and reporting. Evaluate staff performance semiannually or annually, conduct in-service training, and act as a liaison between the hospital and external customers.
