Job Summary
Dispatch all orders to field service personnel within fifteen minutes of entry, controlling case completion, pickup, and processing according to policy. Review, organize, and distribute daily assignments to on-duty Phlebotomists while tracking, following up, and re-routing cases as needed. Communicate verbally with management, call centers, and courier services to ensure service delivery, documenting issues and troubleshooting unexpected problems. Accommodate facility special requests and expedite urgent laboratory orders. This role requires full-time Sunday through Thursday or part-time evening/weekend shifts and is based remotely within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH office. Candidates must possess high-speed internet, a private workspace, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and communication tools.
Required Qualifications
- Reside within 50 miles of the Columbus, OH Office at 2550 Corporate Exchange Drive, 43231
- High School Graduate or GED
- Proficient to expert use of Microsoft Office software
- Ability to communicate clearly, both in listening and confirming the message received, and in relaying clearly all necessary information to ensure effective response
- Ability to focus on the task at-hand in a busy, call center environment
- Must have private workspace, free from external sounds and distractions
- Must meet safety checklist requirements
- Must have high speed internet connection to support VoIP communications
- Fiber or Cable is recommended
- Must successfully pass TridentCare's Network Performance Test
- Must have access to a PC that can run this test
