Oversee a substantial team of exempt technical managers and non-exempt employees. Requires a bachelor's degree and 5 years of mid-level management experience, alongside supervisory qualifications per CLIA ’88 standards. Ideal candidates possess strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and current regulatory knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration or related field
- 5 years experience in mid-level management or supervision
- Qualify as a General or Technical Supervisor as defined under CLIA ’88
- Strong knowledge of business and/or healthcare
- Excellent employee relations and communications skills
- Analytical/strategic skills
- Current knowledge of regulatory and accreditation requirements
Desired Qualifications
- 10 years of director level experience in Anatomic Pathology laboratories
- Experience in commercial and hospital settings
- Additional related education and/or experience preferred
