Lab Client Services Representative - Waukesha Memorial - 0.5 FTE, 2nd Shift

Provides quality service to customers of ProHealth Care Laboratories, handling incoming inquiries, registering outreach specimens, and ensuring accurate receipt, processing, and distribution of specimens. Responsible for initiating patient registrations, confirming payment coverage and insurance authorizations, verifying valid orders, monitoring result queues and callbacks, answering telephones with a consistently pleasant demeanor, and performing specimen processing and labeling per established procedures. Supports loading analyzers, dispatching requests to couriers/phlebotomists, maintaining reference materials, and organizing workflow to meet clinical needs and ensure customer satisfaction. Acts as a resource to laboratory staff, nursing personnel, and customers, addressing specimen concerns and maintaining supplies and forms inventory. Requires ability to work at multiple PHC Lab locations as needed and a schedule including 2nd shift hours. About ProHealth Care includes CAP, AABB, and CLIA accreditation.
