Job Summary
Lead end-to-end delivery of lab automation and workflow orchestration initiatives across Biomedical Research, driving scalable, compliant, and high-quality lab and logistics processes; manage scope, timelines, and budgets while coordinating cross-functional teams; translate business processes into scalable automation (RPA, orchestration, AI) and ensure alignment with architectural standards, security, and regulatory requirements; serve as primary interface with stakeholders to communicate progress, risks, and outcomes; apply systems thinking to optimize operations and deliver value through innovative delivery practices.
Required Qualifications
- Masters or PhD degree in a scientific/technology/computational science/data science area
- 10+ years of relevant experience across lab/data/digital domains
- Proven ability to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end
- Strong project management and risk management skills
- Experience leading cross-functional matrix teams
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Solid domain knowledge in lab operations and scientific systems
- Hands-on knowledge of workflow automation, RPA, and AI-enabled solutions
