Job Summary
Lab Associate in the polymer physical testing laboratory at LyondellBasell's Cincinnati Technology Center. Perform polymer testing, analyze data, document results, calibrate and maintain instruments, and support researchers to solve characterization problems. Contribute to safety improvements and project goals, develop subject-matter expertise for assigned tests, and communicate findings effectively to internal/external stakeholders. Demonstrates high initiative, strong workplace skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and instrument-control software, and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
