Job Summary
Perform routine analysis of specimens and document results in accordance with SOPs and regulatory guidelines. Evaluate analytical data for accuracy using laboratory systems and defined algorithms. Identify unusual results or performance issues and escalate to senior lab personnel. Prepare buffers, reagents, and solutions required for laboratory analysis. Maintain proper storage and handling of samples and reagents post-analysis. Support the development and documentation of laboratory procedures and techniques. Maintain laboratory cleanliness and organization in alignment with 6S standards. Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams regarding workflow and results.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; some lab locations may require a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or medical laboratory technology
- 6 months relevant lab experience
- Req Or Equivalent combination of education, training and experience
- Basic knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and regulatory standards
- Familiarity with laboratory instrumentation, equipment, and analytical techniques
- Other Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree
