Lab Assistant/Phlebotomist West Des Moines PRN Nights

Support multiple laboratory departments by collecting, processing, and reporting tests; perform venipunctures and specimen labeling; register and log specimens in the LIS; ensure accurate patient identification and proper documentation; assist in restocking supplies and contributing to safe, compliant lab operations. Responsibilities include venipuncture, finger sticks, heel sticks as appropriate to patient age, data entry in LIS, specimen processing per lab protocols, and collaboration with lab staff and clients to resolve issues while maintaining quality and turnaround targets. Night shift PRN schedule and part-time role.
