Job Summary
Receive and sort clinical lab specimens; prepare specimens for testing and analysis; scan and/or data enter specimen and patient information; ensure lab equipment is working properly and perform minor instrumentation maintenance; troubleshoot specimen-related issues; replenish test bench supplies; maintain a clean and safe work environment; complete record logs and other administrative duties; follow all Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety and quality standards; comfortable with handling biological specimens; color blindness test required; able to work overtime as needed; role operates in a high-volume, production-based environment within LabCorp's blood bank setting.
