Job Summary
Conduct pre-analytical processes for laboratory specimen collection and processing while adhering to all safety policies and client experience standards. Assist clients in utilizing laboratory services and navigate electronic systems with strong keyboard skills. Requires 6+ months of phlebotomy experience, a high school diploma or GED, phlebotomy training, and a current driver's license. ACLS and PALS certifications are preferred. This night shift role operates on a 7 on x 7 off schedule at Great Falls Clinic Hospital, serving the 250,000 residents across 17 local counties in Montana.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Phlebotomy training course
- 6+ months phlebotomy experience
- Current drivers license
- Basic reading and writing skills
- keyboard skills and ability to navigate electronic systems applicable to job
- Interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive attitude
- commitment to teamwork
- Must be available for night shift role 7 on x 7 off
- May be moved amongst laboratory locations as needed
Desired Qualifications
- ACLS certification, preferred
