Lab Assistant

Review all patient sample information for accuracy and compliance with company and regulatory standards. Process patient sample information and physician test orders into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) accurately. Verify that required HIPAA, CAP, and CLIA information is obtained and confirmed on all orders. Identify missing information and follow proper procedures to address it. Scan patient requisitions for electronic medical records. Maintain an error rate below 0.10% with the goal of zero errors per month. This role requires overnight availability and at least six months of laboratory experience.
