Job Summary
Lab Analyst responsible for accurate receipt and registration of test items, maintaining laboratory housekeeping, ensuring quality management system documentation and traceability of testing activities per ISO17025 and OECD GLP, coordinating with the Technical Manager, performing data recording and analysis, participating in proficiency testing, training personnel, and upholding health & safety policies in a fast-paced laboratory environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2 –3 years proven working experience as a Laboratory Analyst
- Experience in the field of chemical analysis, and the use of chromatographic instrumentation
- 2 to 3 years’ experience working with HPLC-UV, GC-FID or GC-MS
- Experience working with Agilent instruments will be advantageous
- Knowledge of ISO17025:2017
- Good organizational and record keeping skills
- Good communication (written and verbal) with report writing and document reviewing skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain composed and maintain high levels of productivity in a fast-paced work environment
