Job Summary
Receive, extract, and analyze samples for cannabis and hemp products using LC/MS, GC/MS, and ICP/MS while maintaining equipment logs and preparing solutions. Ensure all work complies with SOPs, perform accurate data entry, and resolve errors before releasing results to clients. Produce quality, mistake-free lab work and drive continuous improvement through best practices. This role supports Nova Analytic Labs' mission to provide critical health and safety testing for the community.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in a science related field
- one year experience in a high complexity laboratory, food testing, or environmental testing laboratory
- High school diploma
- at least 2 years experience in a high complexity laboratory, food testing, or environmental testing laboratory
Desired Qualifications
- Some experience in a high complexity laboratory
- Some experience with LC/MS, GC/MS and ICP/MS
