Job Summary
Conduct laboratory support and perform phlebotomy duties across the hospital, working in both the main laboratory and phlebotomy stations throughout the facility. Operate as a Lab Aide II/Phleb Tech I on variable shifts, ensuring accurate specimen collection and lab processing while maintaining patient safety. Maintain a valid Michigan driver's license and obtain BLS certification within 60 days of hire. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Valid MI Driver License
- BLS certification obtained within 60 days of hire
- Immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella (vaccinated or lab confirmed)
- Flu vaccine during flu season in year of hire and annually thereafter (or approved medical/religious exemption)
