Job Summary
Warehouse Logistics Associate – 1st Shift at La Vergne, TN. Responsibilities include Line Feed to keep 5 production lines stocked using a pallet jack; Detrash & Segregation of materials; Sorting & Scanning with data entry and palletizing; Return Receiving in a dedicated area and scanning items. Must communicate in English at ~75% proficiency for safety and production. Environment is a non-climate-controlled warehouse with strict electronics prohibition. Candidates must pass standard screening/verification, safety evaluation, and a 3-minute oral mouth swab drug screen. Temp-to-Hire arrangement with attendance expectations during the initial period. Benefits include weekly pay and Medical/Dental/Vision options.
Required Qualifications
- Speak/read/understand English at functional level (approx. 75%)
- Ability to communicate effectively for safety and production
- Must pass standard screening and verification process
- Office Visit for Safety Evaluation and 3-minute oral mouth swab drug screen
- Temp-to-Hire role
- Able to stay busy and assist other departments during downtime
Additional Requirements
- No Electronics inside warehouse (phones, smartwatches, tablets)
- Security: pass through metal detectors daily
- Non climate-controlled warehouse; comfortable in seasonal temperatures
