Equipment Operator (Cherry Picker) responsible for independently pulling orders using a Cherry Picker in a medical supply distribution setting. Must palletize products manually, placing heavy items on the bottom and lighter items on top to ensure safe transit. Role requires production commitment with no time restrictions and staying until the daily orders are completed; bilingual-friendly environment welcomed (Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged). Process includes a mandatory drug screen and safety evaluation prior to interview, a facility walk-through and a drive test for the cherry picker, and strict attendance expectations during the first 90 days. Weekly pay with medical, dental, and vision options and a $50 referral bonus after the referred person completes 200 hours.
