La Quinta - Shift Lead

Shift Lead at Angry Chickz responsible for guiding and supporting the team to ensure smooth operations, guest satisfaction, and adherence to service standards. Key duties include monitoring team deployment, conducting shift walkthroughs to open/transition/close, engaging with guests to uphold service quality, performing food preparation or service tasks when needed, maintaining cleanliness, handling shift administration and banking, monitoring food preparation methods and portion sizes, ensuring compliance with health regulations, enforcing break/meal schedules, addressing customer concerns professionally, and training new team members to set performance standards. Requires proven leadership experience in a fast-paced food/service environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and flexibility to work varied shifts (including weekends and holidays). Education: high school diploma or equivalent required.
