Job Summary
Conduct regular patrols, monitor activities, and perform surveillance to act as a visual deterrent against theft, embezzlement, sabotage, fire, and accidents. Manage access control, provide safety escorts, and utilize communication devices while representing the brand in a uniform. Complete Daily Activity Reports, coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services, and offer friendly assistance to customers, employees, and visitors. Work any shift including days, swings, graveyard, weekends, and holidays, with on-call availability. Requires a current Oregon State Unarmed Security Guard License, clean criminal and driving records, valid driver's license, and 2-4 years of combined experience.
Required Qualifications
- Current Oregon State Unarmed Security Guard License
- Clean criminal record
- Clean driving record
- Valid driver's license
- 2-4 years of combined experience (Military, Law Enforcement)
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Knowledge of security protocols, and equipment
- Must be able to conduct regular walking foot patrols
- Able to stand 8-12 hours a day
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times
- Availability to work any shift (days, swings, graveyard)
- Must be ok with working on-call
- Reliable transportation
- Honesty and Integrity
- Able to react appropriately in high stress situations
