LA Global Mobility Partner

Administer and coordinate global mobility and immigration compliance activities for international transferees, BSJ Advisors, and business travelers across Latin America. Manage day-to-day execution of mobility programs, including assignment transfers, regulatory monitoring, and process enhancements. Provide subject matter expertise on complex immigration, payroll, tax, and shadow payroll cases while partnering with internal stakeholders and external vendors. Prepare reports for management and support compliance audits. Collaborate cross-functionally with Payroll, HR, Legal, and Finance to deliver effective mobility solutions and maintain regulatory adherence throughout the region.
