Job Summary
Drive finance business growth at assigned dealerships by leading and motivating a team of Off-Roll Sales DMAs, ensuring high-quality customer acquisition and strict compliance with documentation and processes. Achieve sales targets, promote finance schemes, convert enquiries and leads, and ensure timely case processing and disbursement. Build and maintain strong dealer relationships, monitor competition at the market level, and support collections through RC collection and FEMI/non-starter resolution. Provide regular performance reporting to the ASM, adhere to TATs, and drive DMA productivity to deliver superior customer service and business outcomes. Travel required; responsibilities include verification of documents (KYC, customer information), ICAS data entry, and facilitating disbursement alongside achieving quarterly volume and penetration targets. Key skills include sales/marketing, relationship management, communication, Excel proficiency, and collaborative teamwork.
