Job Summary
Drive finance business growth at assigned dealerships by leading and motivating a team of Off-Roll Sales DMAs to achieve sales targets and ensure high-quality customer acquisition and compliant documentation. Promote finance schemes, convert enquiries/leads, ensure timely case processing and disbursement, and build strong dealer relationships. Monitor competition at market level, support collections through RC collection and FEMI/non-starter resolution, and provide regular performance reporting to the ASM while maintaining TATs and improving DMA productivity to deliver superior customer service and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate/PG/MBA
- Minimum 2 years work experience
- NBFC/BFSI/Banking domain knowledge
- Proficiency in Excel
