Job Summary
Drive finance business growth at assigned dealerships by leading and motivating a team of Off-Roll Sales DMAs to achieve high-quality customer acquisition and target penetration. Ensure verification of customer documents (KYC, originals, ICAS submissions), discharge and despatch of agreements within prescribed TAT, and promotion of finance schemes both within and outside dealerships. Maintain dealer relationships, monitor competition, support collections (RC, FEMI, non-starter cases), and provide regular performance reporting to ASM. Focus on improving DMA productivity and delivering superior customer service and business outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Academic Qualification: Any Graduate/ PG/MBA
- Work Experience: Minimum 2 years in NBFC/ BFSI/ Banking
- Role requires driving finance business growth, leading a team of Off-Roll Sales DMAs, ensuring compliance with documentation and processes, achieving sales targets, converting enquiries, and maintaining dealer relationships.
