Job Summary
Execute end-to-end QA testing for Loan Origination Systems (LOS), underwriting platforms, and servicing software to ensure RBI compliance and accurate loan processing. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate loan workflows into test scenarios, creating and executing functional, regression, and UAT plans for new features and bug fixes. Validate LOS workflows across diverse products, including auto loans, while testing Loan Management System (Pennant) for repayment schedules, EMI tracking, and delinquency handling. Coordinate with vendors to assess FSD impacts and leverage JIRA to document and track defects for timely resolution. Requires 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce LOS and Pennant LMS within the Banking/NBFC sector.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience
- skilled in LOS : Salesforce
- LMS: Pennant Management
- exposure to working for Banking/NBFC sector
- B.E./ B. Tech /M.C.A./M.C.S/B.C.A
- Proven experience in defining and tracking service quality metrics
- Ability to identify service gaps and drive process enhancements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain issues to non‐technical users and developers
- Knowledge of SQL
- Bug tracking tools JIRA
- API monitoring
- Postman
- Excel Knowledge
- Knowledge of Selenium automation tool
