Review cases with FOS and TL to assign work based on disposition codes, coordinating with agency resources for call planning and support on difficult cases. Manage agency performance, track BKT resolution, and restrict flow rates to the next bucket. Handle collection and repo customer service escalations, coordinate with legal teams for actions against chronic defaulters, and remove non-performing FOs while recruiting and training fresh teams. Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days, audit receipt books and repo kits, and close CRM and RCU queries per assigned TAT. Submit HHT utilization reports regularly to ACM/RCM.
