Job Summary
Allocate portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity. Review cases with FOS and TL to assign work, coordinate agency resources for call planning, and ensure support on difficult cases. Manage agency performance, handle collection and repo customer service escalations, and coordinate legal actions against chronic defaulters. Track BKT resolution and flow rates, remove non-performing FOs, recruit fresh teams, and train as needed. Close CRM and RCU audit queries within assigned TATs, audit receipt books, and ensure HHT 100% utilization. Achieve bucket-wise resolution targets while reducing flow to subsequent buckets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Any Graduate/ P.G./M.B.A.
