Job Summary
Allocate portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity. Review cases with FOS and team leaders to assign work based on disposition codes, coordinating agency resources for call planning and support on difficult cases. Manage agency performance, handle collection and repo-related customer escalations, and coordinate legal actions against chronic defaulters. Track BKT resolution and flow rates, remove non-performing FOs, and recruit fresh teams for training. Close CRM and RCU audit queries within assigned TATs, audit receipt books, and ensure HHT 100% utilization. Achieve bucket-wise resolution targets while reducing flow to subsequent buckets.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Experience in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC
- Any Graduate/P.G./M.B.A.
