Execute field recovery actions including skip tracing, settlements, and loan account closures while maintaining ROR targets and setting daily/fortnightly goals for collection partners. Personally handle complex or sensitive cases, meet customers to resolve payment disputes, and supervise third-party agents to ensure strict adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines. Identify accounts requiring legal action or repossession, oversee approval processes, and maintain accurate records of visits and updates in the system.
