Job Summary
Role involves allocation of portfolio to vendors based on past performance and FOS availability, coordinating with agencies for call planning and resolution, auditing receipt books and repo kits, ensuring agency billing closes within 60 days, handling repo-related issues and enforcement actions, tracking BKT flow rates and performance of agencies/FOs, removing non-performing FOs and recruiting/training new teams, closing CRM queries within TAT, and ensuring HHT utilization is reported to ACM/RCM. Requires skills in negotiation, relationship management, multitasking, and the ability to manage agency resources and perform field/operational duty as an individual contributor.
Required Qualifications
- Qualification: Any Graduate/ P.G./M.B.A.
