Remove non-performing FOs, recruit fresh teams, and train as required. Ensure agency billing closure within 60 days, close CRM queries per TAT, and maintain 100% HHT utilization. Submit HHT reports regularly and inform IT of support needs. Achieve bucket-wise resolution targets while restricting flow rates to the next buckets.
