Job Summary
Lead frontline sales teams to drive finance-scheme sales through dealerships; manage selection/interview of DMAs/CSMs and coordinate with RM & HO for approvals; maintain and improve dealer relationships; monitor targets and provide corrective actions; ensure post-disbursal documentation; coordinate with training teams to improve frontline sales performance; maintain process quality and train the front line; achieve quarterly area targets and drive customer acquisitions through dealerships and alternate channels; 5 days per week; local candidate in India with travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduation
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Team management experience
- Fluency in Malayalam, Hindi & English
