Job Summary
L4 Data / Wireless Network Engineer (Senior) in Bangalore, hybrid work model. Lead architectural design, deployment, and optimization of enterprise LAN/WAN, wireless, and data-center networks, including SD-WAN, VPN, RF design, roaming optimization, and security. Provide expert-level troubleshooting, engage with vendors and stakeholders, guide L2/L3 engineers, and drive automation and process improvements. Requires 10+ years of enterprise networking experience, Cisco WLCs and wireless technologies, strong routing/switching skills (OSPF/BGP/STP/VLANs/VRFs), and ITIL/security governance awareness. Certifications: CCNP required; CCIE preferred; CWNP/CWNE preferred; ITIL Foundation preferred. Hybrid Bangalore-based role with global project scope and on-call support.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise Network Engineering, Architecture, and Delivery
- Cisco CCNP Certification (Required)
- CCIE Certification (Preferred)
- CWNP / CWNE Certifications (Preferred)
- ITIL Foundation or Higher Certification
- Experience with Cisco Wireless Certifications (Good to Have)
- Exposure to EVPN/VXLAN, SDN, SASE, and Zero-Trust networking architectures
- Experience with cloud networking integrations across AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience in Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or highly regulated enterprise environments
- Exposure to AI-driven operations, network observability, and advanced automation platforms
