Job Summary
L4 CV DMS Officer responsible for allocation of portfolio to vendors, coordinating with agencies, field visits for risk cases/escalations, agency billing and 60-day closure, handling repo/collection-related customer service issues, and coordinating with legal/enforcement teams. Role requires negotiation skills, relationship management, multitasking, and result-oriented performance; experience in Financial Services/Banking/FMCG/NBFC preferred; age up to 30 years; reporting to Area Manager; duties include reviewing cases, planning calls with agencies, ensuring compliance and timely actions, and managing field operations and vendor performance.
