Job Summary
Allocate portfolios to vendors based on past performance trends and FOS availability, creating adequate manpower capacity. Review cases with FOS or Team Leaders and assign work based on disposition codes while coordinating agency resources for call planning. Manage agency performance, handle collection and repo customer escalations, and coordinate with legal teams for actions against chronic defaulters. Track BKT resolutions, restrict flow rates to next buckets, and remove non-performing FOs to recruit and train fresh teams. Ensure receipt book audits, agency billing closure within 60 days, and CRM/RCU query closures meet assigned TATs. Submit HHT utilization reports regularly and address field-level action implementations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Any Graduate/ P.G/M.B.A.
