Resolve escalations from customers, channel partners, and internal teams, personally handling high-impact cases for timely closure. Monitor market trends, competitor schemes, and customer preferences to guide scheme deployment and competitive positioning. Build and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and sub-dealers to ensure sales alignment and smooth operations. Conduct regular training for field teams on product knowledge, sales tactics, and compliance. Ensure timely and accurate daily reporting, performance reviews, and MIS submissions to regional sales management. Utilize data analytics tools to track sales performance, identify improvement areas, and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies to mitigate risks and maintain organizational standards.
