Job Summary
Manage network infrastructure and security operations with expertise in Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies. Oversee IT Service Management workflows using ServiceNow and handle VoIP, SIP, and Genesys CX systems as required. Implement automation and configuration management via Github, Python, and Ansible while administering InfoBlox DNS and DHCP services. This L3 Network SME role requires 8+ years of relevant IT experience with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Telecommunications. Required Qualifications
- 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience
- Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow
- Knowledge of telephony systems (VoIP, SIP)
- Knowledge of Genesys CX
- Well versed with Github & Python/Ansible any other programming language
- Experience with InfoBlox DNS/DHCP management
