Manage collections through a team of COs and DMAs, driving performance on arrear resolution, bucket-wise resolutions, and loan loss provisioning for assigned geographical areas. Conduct monthly field performance reviews, evaluate agency and DMA operations, and identify new partners for empanelment. Ensure periodic billing, payout processing, and compliance with approved grids while monitoring repo stock inventory and liquidating eligible assets. Maintain daily productivity MIS, coordinate legal actions for chronic defaults, and escalate sales issues with ASMs. Lead monthly hub team meetings to set targets and address customer service escalations. Requires 7 years of experience in financial services or banking.
