Job Summary
Manage collections through a team of COs and DMAs, driving performance on arrear resolution, bucket-wise resolutions, and loan loss provisioning for the assigned geographical area. Conduct monthly and quarterly performance reviews of COs against allocated targets, while overseeing periodic billing, payout processing, and field capacity evaluations. Monitor repo stock inventory, coordinate asset liquidation with brokers, and enforce compliance on agency receipt books and mobile app codes. Initiate legal actions for chronic defaults, maintain daily productivity MIS, and lead monthly hub meetings to set targets. Address customer service escalations and sales issues regarding registration and dealer services. Achieve allocated hub targets while reducing flow rates to subsequent buckets.
Required Qualifications
- Any Graduate
- Minimum 7 years
- Native, Hindi and English
- Excellent communication / Negotiation skills
- Team Management

- Multitasking
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
