Manage collections through a team of COs and DMAs, driving arrear resolution, bucket-wise resolutions, and loan loss provisioning for the assigned geographical area. Conduct monthly field performance reviews and quarterly assessments of COs against allocated collection targets. Ensure periodic billing, payout processing, and monitoring of agency performance while identifying new agencies for empanelment. Monitor repo stock inventory, coordinate liquidation of eligible assets with brokers, and enforce compliance with collection processes. Maintain daily productivity MIS, facilitate hub team meetings for target setting, and escalate sales or registration issues with ASMs. Address customer service escalations and provide inputs on geo limits and negative areas.
