Manage collections through a team of COs/DMAs, driving arrear resolution, bucket-wise resolutions, and loan loss provisioning for the assigned geographical area. Oversee agency performance, acting against low performers while identifying and empaneling new agencies, and ensure periodic billing and payout processing. Monitor repo stock inventory, coordinate asset liquidation with brokers, and maintain daily productivity MIS for higher management. Handle customer service escalations, recommend legal actions for chronic defaults, and provide inputs on geo limits and negative areas. Conduct monthly team meetings to review performance and set targets, ensuring strict compliance with processes and risk case field visits.
