Job Summary
Provide L3 support for enterprise Backup & Storage infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues in Commvault, Veeam, HPE Alletra, and 3PAR environments. Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes while developing automation scripts in Python, PowerShell, Bash, and Ansible to enhance operational efficiency. Build automated health checks, compliance reports, and dashboards using REST APIs, JSON, and YAML to monitor capacity and performance. Collaborate with Windows, Linux, VMware, Database, Network, and Security teams to plan upgrades, migrations, and technology refreshes. Mentor L1/L2 engineers and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Bangalore office.
