Job Summary
Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi, switches, firewalls, and other network equipment. Configure and manage Meraki and Cisco switches. Troubleshoot network issues in collaboration with Local IT teams to address performance degradation and ensure service uptime. Implement network upgrades, changes, and enhancements. Work closely with L1 support and other technical teams to resolve complex network issues. Address and resolve SIP/VOIP and call centre network related issues. Ensure network security, compliance, and adherence to industry best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in network monitoring, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in configuring Meraki and Cisco network equipment and firewall
- Solid understanding of network security principles and compliance
- Familiarity with SIP/VOIP technologies
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative approach to teamwork
