Oversee collections performance across assigned states by managing ACMs and COs, reviewing field location performance monthly, and designing ground-level plans for strategy execution. Ensure smooth execution of HO/RO drives, conduct periodic performance reviews, and monitor field capacity, agency empanelment, and liquidation of eligible repo assets. Manage customer service escalations, recommend legal actions for chronic defaults, and provide daily productivity MIS analysis to higher management. Coordinate with Area legal managers and RSMs/CBMs on sales-related issues for delinquent cases while maintaining close control to achieve allocated collection targets.
